At the event, LUWOGE consult GmbH, the real estate subsidiary specialized in providing consultancy on energy-efficient, sustainable modernization and new construction under BASF, has presented the Passive House concept and its overall benefits. A passive house is an integrated solution for energy efficiency building originating from Europe. In the nation's pursuit of energy-efficient buildings, the Passive House is a great way in providing maximum comfort with minimum energy costs.
