Stock Drive Products (ISO 9001 Registered Manufacturer) adds to its existing line of metric polyurethane T series timing belts. Identified as the A 6T32MF... series, these belts have fiberglass tensile cords arranged in S and Z configurations that provide even greater breaking strength than their steel counterparts, resulting in a high load carrying capacity. In addition, the cords will never stretch or fatigue, are more flexible, and give the teeth superior shear strength under shock loads.
Like the A 6T32M... series with steel cords, these belts are available in 2.5, 5 and 10 mm pitch, with belt widths ranging from 4 to 25 mm and tooth counts ranging from 20 to 380. Custom belt widths can be cut from sleeve stock on special order. Made of the highest quality polyurethane, the belts are very resistant to oil and ozone, and are non-static conductive. When coupled with aluminum or plastic pulleys, the polyurethane creates an exceptionally lightweight drive system. The belts are extremely clean running, and the trapezoidal tooth profile provides better contact with the pulley, allowing for very low-noise operation. Both of these qualities make them highly suitable for appliances and office machines.
