Dow Polyurethanes, a business group within The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE:Dow), will highlight its latest innovative solutions for the construction, transportation, footwear, cold chain and household appliance markets during the upcoming Polyurethanes 2012 Technical Conference (CPI) Sept. 24-26 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dow Polyurethanes draws from more than 65 years of polyurethanes expertise to develop solutions for ever-evolving demands in an array of market segments.

Dow Polyurethanes is a key contributor to the conference. Juan Carlos Medina, North America Technical Service leader for Dow Polyurethanes, serves as chair of the Polyurethane Professional Development Program that this year offers multiple courses, and expects an attendance in excess of 100 participants. Dale Hunter, Senior Research and Development manager for Dow Polyurethanes, serves as the Poster Session Vice Chair. Several Dow scientists are technical session organizers and session moderators. Finally, Dow Polyurethanes is also the sponsor of one of the technical sessions on PUR/PIR foams used in the construction industry.
The business will launch its newest specialty polyol solution in the VORANOL™ family during the event, which will be featured in the Poster Session.
