M308 is a highly effective flame retardant and used in glass-fiber reinforced PP (homopolymerize) specially.
Homopolymerized PP: It could get UL 94 V2(0.8mm, 1.6mm, 3.2mm) breezily with the addition of 2.5-3%. It could get UL 94 V2(0.8mm, 1.6mm, 3.2mm) breezily with the addition of 2.5-3% and used in 30% glass-fiber reinforced homopolynerized PP. It could get UL 94 V2(0.8mm, 1.6mm, 3.2mm) breezily with the addition of 3-5% and used in 20% talc powder or BaSO4 filled homopolynerized PP. Copolyerization PP: It could get UL 94 V2(0.8mm, 1.6mm, 3.2mm) with the addition of 5-6%. This product could used in glass-fiber reinforced PP or injection moulding with in all color. |

M308 could not separate out, and do not corrupt injection machine in generally process condition. It has good thermostability in PP producing, and could separate breezily, could not effect mechanical property in polymer process.

Process

M308 has adequate thermostability at 200-220℃, so it could used in extruding and injection of PP process.

Storage and Handling
|
||||||||
|
Product in original packing is adequate stability in room temperature and dry condition.
Don’t store up with oxide and alkalescent materials. |
