Introduction:
    Among the PreniphorTM EPFR-APP series Nitrogen-phosphorus inorganic flame retardants, PreniphorTM EPFR-APP222 is a kind of high polymerization degree crystal type 2 ammonium polyphosphate without activating and surface treating. It has high content of Phosphorus & Nitrogen, excellent thermal stability, near-neutral and non-toxic smoke property. With gas source and carbon source, it takes effect by char formation and intumescent mechanism.

 

Characteristics:
1,High initial decomposition temperature (higher than 260°C), good thermal stability;

 

 

2,High degree of polymerization(n is higher than 1000), narrow molecular weight distribution, less content of low polymerization substance, excellent electrical property;

 

 

 3,High content of flame retardant element, good particle distribution and excellent flame retardancy.

 

4,Low viscosity and good dispersity;
5,Low water solubility, good anti-migration and anti-precipitation

Application:
    PreniphorTM EPFR-APP222, is the basic product without surface treatment, which is used for fireproof intumescent coating, and can also meet lots of other applications; different requirements can choose product with different surface treatment.
