Flame Retardant Masterbatch
Introduction
The Flame Retardant Masterbatch from Qufu Donghong Industry Co., Ltd. is an excellent anti- flaming masterbatch, which is produced with efficient flame retardant and other additives being added into the polyethylene resin. It applies to production of various polyethylene pipes, planks and protecting nets. Products manufactured with the master batch have good properties of smooth surface, even dispersion of flame retardant and high flame resistant efficiency. Each performance index conforms to MT558.1-2005.
Technique Data:
The Flame Retardant Masterbatch: white or black particles
It applies to hdpe pipe, fittings, planks, sheets, containers, coal mining use antistatic & flame resistance pipe, hdpe threading pipes, coal mining use antistatic & flame resistant wind-proo plastic mesh, protecting net in construction and slope protection net in expressway, etc. with anti-flaming properties.
Processing technology (for reference only)
Appropriate addtive amount is confirmed according to processing conditions, product form and requirements for flame retardant efficiency. Generally, additive amount of 20-30% could reach excellent anti-flaming effect.
Processing temperature of products is generally kept between 165-175°C, which can also be set as per customers' requirements.
Storage, packing and transportation
The masterbatch is generally packed in 25kg standard bags or other suitable packages. It should be stored in clean, cool, ventilated and dry warehouses. Sunburn, rain and impurity shall be avoided during transportation.
Note: The masterbatch tend to absorb water, thus attention should be paid to the moistureproof
