MOFCOM Started Anti-dumping Investigation on Imports of TDI from the EU

The Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China released its Announcement No. 14, 2012, deciding to launch an anti-dumping investigation on imports of Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI) from the EU. Tariff No. of the imports is 29291010 under Import and Export Tariffs of the People's Republic of China.

As prescribed in the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Anti-dumping, the Ministry of Commerce will start the investigation into the existence of dumping and dumping margin of the imports from the EU, and the injury and the extent of the injury to Toluene Diisocyanate industry in China.
